Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• With all original brand tags still attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be dispatched within 30 days of delivery. Items posted after this period will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to retain valid proof of postage or tracking as evidence that the return was sent within the required timeframe.

How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your Dedoru account using the "Request a Return" link on our website.
Go to Order History and select the item you wish to return.
Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts.
We’ll review your request and email you once it’s approved or declined.
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact contact@dedoru.com.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, return your original item following the instructions above. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@dedoru.com.
Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as needed.

Please note: Due to the nature of small-batch production and hand-finished assembly, subtle variances in stitching or surface texture may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of the craftsmanship that makes each pair unique.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If unsure, please contact us before sending an item back.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
