Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and include free shipping.

Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We aim for delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please allow time for your parcel to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery services.

If You’re Not Home:
If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail may leave a delivery card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are not included in the final price at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Delays Outside Our Control:
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or other events beyond our control. If your order is substantially delayed, please contact us — you may be eligible for a refund for any products not received.

Ownership & Risk

When You Become Responsible:
Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided, or when collected from our local depot.

When You Own the Goods:
You own the items once we receive full payment.
